Tip of the Week: Managing Numbering in WorkflowMax

Screen_Shot_2015-01-12_at_2.55.07_pm

Did you know that you can manually allocate custom numbers to your jobs, invoices, quotes and purchase orders?

WorkflowMax automatically generates numbers for jobs, invoices, quotes and purchase orders, however you can also edit the default prefixes and number sequencing to suit your own requirements.

The 1-minute video below demonstrates how you can:

  • Change numbering sequence
  • Manually enter job numbers
  • Manage your number sequence when importing

Remember - if you choose to manually allocate numbers to new jobs, you'll have to enter a new number each time you start a job.
