Custom Data for your Practice
You can customise the WorkflowMax database to capture, view and
report on your data how you want to.
Using Custom Fields you can add and group information against
Clients, Contacts, Suppliers, Leads and Jobs, making it easy to
manage your data. Having stored the data how you want, the Report
Builder gives you complete control over getting your data out of
the system. Create lists of client contact details based on
birthdates, or favourite football teams. Report on
expected probability of leads being won and forecast revenue
dates. With custom fields the options are endless.
Custom fields can be used in a huge variety of ways. Some example
uses:
- Storing birthdays against contacts, so you can send out
birthday cards
- Capturing the industry type of your clients, for improved
direct marketing
- Adding a checkbox and a description against a client reminding
us if they are on credit
- Including the expected date that a lead will be won, so as to
report on fore casted revenues
- Adding skype, twitter and linked-in addresses to each contact
for one click communication
- Include the probability of winning a lead
- If your clients have more than two addresses add a third,
fourth or even fifth address field
