A few things to note

To remain an Advisor, you’ll need to

      • Provide a minimum of 5 client referrals per year.
      • Successfully complete a “proof of current knowledge” course annually.
      • Have at least one staff member within your business who is a Certified Advisor at all times.

How do I get certified?

It’s easy, fill in the form on this page and we will send you all the information to get yourself set-up on our training platform. Once you’ve completed the modules we will give you a special badge and tools to promote yourself as an advisor.

Is the course free or do I need to purchase access?

We offer our current WorkflowMax advisor course free of charge.

What are the advantages of being a Certified Advisor?

WorkflowMax Advisors are able to access their clients accounts without taking up a user space. This allows WorkflowMax Advisors to look at their clients' WorkflowMax Accounts and use the data in WorkflowMax to provide excellent business advice.

Will I be listed on the WorkflowMax website?

Not at this stage. The long-term plan is that you will be featured as a certified WorkflowMax advisor on the Xero Advisor Directory. This development is being worked on right now and we will notify our advisors when this has been completed.

How long does the certification last?

12 months. We expect all Advisors to do a refresher course each year.

Does the Advisor Course give me the skills to implement WorkflowMax for all my clients?

The Advisor Course has been designed to help you identify which clients may suit WorkflowMax and to utilise your existing business knowledge to help your clients understand their business better. Further training will be required if you would like to be an expert in setting up WorkflowMax.

Can I upskill?

Absolutely! Stay tuned for some exciting new developments about how to continue your learning journey with WorkflowMax and move into the integrator / implementer space.
