We’ve got some exciting updates at WorkflowMax. A few months ago, we launched a self-paced, online learning platform to help you get the most out of WorkflowMax – at your own pace and completely free! The brand new comprehensive e-learning modules are designed to help you gain a more in-depth understanding of certain topics, with content structured in an easy to follow and intuitive way.
The “Getting Started Series” is the perfect place to begin. Part 1, appropriately titled “Set up your WorkflowMax account” covers the most important things you need to know to set up your WorkflowMax account.
The content is divided into two modules. In the first module you'll watch a series of videos and learn about:

Important financial settings to control your labour costs and invoicing rates

Organisation settings

Adding staff to your organisation, and
-
Setting up tasks and costs in your database - so you’re ready to add to your jobs
And in the second module you'll learn how to:
- Add a new client
- Create a job
- Create a quote
- Enter time
Once you have completed both modules you’ll have mastered the basics and you can then proceed to Part 2, where you’ll learn about additional features to unlock more value from WorkflowMax for your business.
