Attach supporting documentation to jobs using our app

feature mobile_view notes

The WorkflowMax team is proud to release another highly-requested feature: the ability to add supporting documentation to jobs while using the WorkflowMax mobile app.

Previously, our customers could only add documents (like photos, audio, or video) on the desktop version of WorkflowMax. This meant that you might take a few pictures at the job site, but you’d need to remember to upload those and attach them to the job in WorkflowMax via your desktop back at the office.

From today, WorkflowMax mobile supports photos, written documents, audio, and some video file types as attachments to jobs.

Our aims with this release are:

  • To help you to better manage your documentation no matter where you are
  • To cut down on your admin time
  • To give your clients more detailed job records, illustrating just how valuable your work is

For a full list of supported file types, as well as help getting set up, check out the iPhone and Android help docs.
