Zendesk is a world leader in cloud helpdesk software with over 30,000 customers around the globe. In fact we use Zendesk internally at WorkflowMax to manage all of our wonderful support queries. Many of these customer tickets requested that we build an integration to a help desk solution - so .... we did!
The Zendesk app allows you to record time directly against a job in WorkflowMax while you are solving a customer query within Zendesk. It is super simple and very clever. With WorkflowMax as the conduit, you can effectively connect your customer service management software with your time billing and your accounting platform (Xero) in one integrated platform all in the cloud.
Which we think is very, very cool.
