WorkflowMax Outage - 27th August, 2013

We experienced an unscheduled outage today between 11:40am and 12:05pm NZST. Our server infrastructure is now back online, however we are still experiencing ongoing speed issues.

We apologise for the huge frustration this must be causing our loyal users during a peak time of the day. Our operations and infrastructure team are currently liaising with Rackspace -- our service provider -- to determine the cause of the issue and we will update via this blog and twitter as further information around the cause and resolution comes to hand.
