Accessing WorkflowMax through Internet Explorer 11 will no longer be possible

Microsoft plans to end support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) across its Microsoft 365 apps and services on 17 August 2021. As a result, WorkflowMax can no longer support this browser. 

There’ll be no minor bugs or cosmetic fixes for Internet Explorer and you may experience partial or complete loss of functionality in Xero and WorkflowMax if you do not switch to another browser by 1 May 2021.

Background

In 2015, Microsoft released the Edge browser as a replacement for Internet Explorer. That means that Internet Explorer no longer receives major updates for the latest security and functionality that supports complex web apps like Xero and WorkflowMax.

Going forward, we're going to concentrate our efforts on the latest browsers so we can deliver the reliability and functionality you expect from Xero and WorkflowMax.
