Calendar Integration | WorkflowMax

This weekend we released our iCal integration. If you use a desktop or online calendar that can subscribe to iCalendar
feeds, you can view your WorkflowMax due dates and milestones along with your
other calendar items. The calendars that WorkflowMax integrates
with includes Outlook 2007, Apple iCal, Google Calendar and Mozilla
Sunbird.

To integrate job due dates, task due dates and
milestones with your own calendar, click on the iCal link in the foot
of the Overview screen

If
you are using a desktop calendar like Apple iCal, then choose the
application from the pop up window and confirm the URL, your refresh
preference and click the Subscribe button.

The
WorkflowMax calendar of important dates will overlay your existing
calendar. WorkflowMax calendar events are on a per day basis. Events
such as milestones and tasks that have due dates will be preceded with 'Complete',
identifying that these activities should be completed by the dates
indicated. The starting dates of jobs or tasks are preceded with 'Start'.
