This month has been all about our customers. Below are some of the new features requested that you can now all enjoy.
Percentage Based Invoicing
Raising a deposit invoice or choosing to invoice a percentage of your quote just got a whole lot easier. When you create a new progress invoice you can now choose to invoice a % of the quoted value. Once the job is completed and you raise your final invoice it will display the entire quoted value less any percentage claims made to date.
Revised Quotes
Have you issued a quote that you now need to change? Use the new Revise button on the bottom of each Issued quote to decline the selected quote and create a revised copy for you to edit and resend.
Collaboration Just Got Easier
Add comments to notes on jobs, choose who you want to send notifications about notes to, respond via email to notes and have those conversations stored against the job for everyone to view and share in.
Tighter Online Accounting Integration
When your invoices move through to Xero, Saasu or Kashflow you can now choose to include the Task and Cost notes, the job numbers, job and invoice descriptions, and the purchase order number. Check out the new Admin-Interfaces screens.
Personalise Your WorkflowMax Emails
All invoices, quotes and purchase orders emailed from WorkflowMax will now come from your email address, or you can setup all invoices to be sent from a different email address e.g.accounts@mycompany.com. You can also choose to default in your own subject lines for quotes, invoices and purchase orders.
Invoice a Different Billing Client
Doing work for one client but need to invoice someone else? You can now setup a different billing client against each client that you are doing work for, so the job is still for XYZ Limited but the invoice will be sent to ABC Limited.
As always please refer to the full release notes in the Help->How To Guide->Latest Changes section.
