Something Powerful

Tell The Reader More

The headline and subheader tells us what you're offering, and the form header closes the deal. Over here you can explain why your offer is so great it's worth filling out a form for.

Remember:

  • Bullets are great
  • For spelling out benefits and
  • Turning visitors into leads.

Life’s too short to be bored at work. We can help.

Stay Informed

Keep your finger on the pulse with our new notifications module. All of the old notifications around assigning staff to jobs, adding new notes, documents and costs to jobs are still available. The new module allows you to build custom notifications for specific interested groups. The custom notifications give you preemptive warning, alerting you early when a task is about to exceed its estimated time, or a deadline is fast approaching. By increasing your visibility you can take remedial action if necessary before the job becomes an issue with your clients.

You can create custom notifications for:

  • Actual vs estimated time - You choose the % of completed time that triggers the notification
  • Job State change - For example when a job changes from In Progress to Ready for Billing then a notification could automatically generate alerting the accounts department
  • Due Dates - Define when you wish to be notified of an impending due date whether it be job, task or milestone

Custom notifications can then be assigned to a notification group. A notification group is a collection of people within your team that
want to know about a job even if they aren't assigned to it. For example the groups could be the accounts department or the
management team. When an important event occurs on a job then these
groups need to know about it.

Using notifications you should only ever need to assign staff members to a job if they are actually working on it.

Clicking the icon or link to view the notification will clear it as does clicking the 'x' button. The RSS link allows you to setup an RSS feed to receive automated notifications directly to your favoured RSS feeeder.
