As the new year gets underway, it’s a great opportunity to learn more about your project management software and get the most out of WorkflowMax. Undertaking one of our free online courses gives you the chance to upskill in any areas you find challenging, or simply want to know more about.
Last week we wrote about our Getting Started Series, Part 2 and today we’re discussing what to do when you're all set up!
Now that you’ve got the hang of how WorkflowMax works and is set up, it’s time to actually start using it! Want to personalise your documents? The first course in the “Using WorkflowMax” series teaches you about Developing Custom Print Templates. You will learn how to create custom templates for quotes, purchase orders and invoices, so that your clients will see unified branding across all your documentation. The course is structured into four comprehensive modules and contains a mix of video, PDF and interactive content.
From small text and formatting changes to bigger changes to template content – mastering print templates will give you the control and power to modify templates to suit your requirements. The course also includes practical exercises to give you an opportunity to try out the information you’ve learned.
We recommend you work through the modules in order, as every step helps reinforce knowledge gained previously!
Why is it awesome?
- Consolidate your knowledge with a quiz or practical exercise after each section
- Complete the courses at your own pace, from wherever you like – come back at any time to complete or refresh your knowledge
- Gain complete control over your templates in WorkflowMax
- The curriculum has been designed with YOU in mind
- You can achieve a certification upon completion of certain courses
As new courses come out, keep an eye out on the WorkflowMax blog for updates (don’t forget to subscribe), visit our Support Centre or stay in the loop through your Skilljar account itself. We want the courses to be as helpful to you as possible, so if you have any questions or feedback, let us know in the comments below.
