Your WorkflowMax login screen is changing

New WorkflowMax login page -1.png

WorkflowMax and Xero, take online security seriously and we are continuously enhancing our world class security standards. To help your business maintain secure practices we are moving to a new WorkflowMax login screen, powered by Xero, effective 22 January 2018.

Please note, you do not need to have a Xero subscription!

What does the login screen look like?

From 22 January 2018, when you login to your WorkflowMax account, you will be automatically redirected to a new login page which looks like this:

New WorkflowMax login page

Simply sign in as normal with your WorkflowMax username and password. If you are currently using the ‘Remember me’ feature, this will no longer be available, so it’s a good idea to test that you and your team know your username and password today!

If you’re having having trouble remembering it, use the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login page to request a reset. If you’re logging into a custom domain (eg yourcompany.workflowmax.com) then your URL will also redirect to the new login page.

Some tips to help make the transition as easy as possible:

We’ll be sending a reminder email before the changes occur to give you plenty of advance notice. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comment below.
