Your login experience is changing on the WorkflowMax mobile app

To continue to deliver best practice security standards for all Xero products, from today 17 September, if you're using the WorkflowMax mobile app, you'll be promoted to re authenticate and reset your preferred login method e.g. face recognition, pin or manual. If you're still running on iOS 11 you'll be prompted to download a newer version of the app.

new image for mobile changesThe mobile new login experience is part of a larger Xero-wide project to move from the existing login technology to a new platform called Identity. As you will see, we’ve made some big changes to the overall look of the platform. We’ve removed the clutter and refreshed the colour palette for a more professional feel, enabling you to login in faster.

So, don’t be alarmed when you see the new login screen on mobile. The changes that we’ve made some of which will be invisible to you, are all part of our commitment to implementing security best practices.
