How to Add a Job

In the overview video we showed you how to quickly add a job, now we are going to take you through all the job components and how to set your job up.

While there’s only a small amount of information required to start a job, the more functions you use the more WorkflowMax can help manage jobs for you.

The minimum information that WorkflowMax requires for setting up a job is the client, the job name, and the job state. This is good for getting a job number generated quickly for your internal processes, and when you have all the information you can edit the job to add the full functionality.
