Once your tasks have been added to your WorkflowMax account they're now ready to be added to your jobs or quotes and have time recorded against them.
Each job you work on has different components - such as design, production, client meetings, system installation or similar. WorkflowMax has tasks which are used to reflect these stages, and are what you record labour time against. Tasks are added at either the quote or job level and are included in invoices to show your clients the different stages or work complete.
Here we show you how to add and manage tasks as part of your job - the process is the same for when adding tasks to quotes. It's all part of our approach to integrated job management.
