Writing Invoices Up or Down

During the invoicing process you may need adjust the time being invoiced - either up or down.

You may have a situation where you have incurred more time and costs than what you want to charge your client, or the opposite you are able to charge them more than what is incurred. WorkflowMax refers to this as writing time up or down.

This video shows you how to adjust the time being invoiced to your client in WorkflowMax, as well as what happens to the time as part of your work in progress amounts.
