How do I sign up?

Sign up within your trial account. Even if your trial account has expired you can still login and complete the sign up process.

If you have never had a trial account or your trial account has been deleted then create another trial and complete the sign up process from within your new account.

Are there any long term contracts?

No. The last thing we want is to lock customers into using WorkflowMax when it doesn't suit their needs. You pay per month as you go, with the knowledge that if WorkflowMax doesn't work out for you then you haven't outlay thousands of dollars on a new system.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

At this point in time we only accept credit or debit card payments via Visa or Mastercard.

 

Can I cancel my account?

Although we'll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any point, without any cancellation fees. If you do decide to cancel you will never be charged again and will only be responsible for charges incurred up until the cancellation date. We will delete your account data 7 days after cancellation.

 

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. If the number of users you have increases or decreases in line with our different price bands then just let us know and we can adjust your subscription accordingly.
