It’s hard to explain Reliable good service over and over again, from TradiePad. There has never been a question or task that has been
too hard. They pull together and deliver the answer’s at any hour of the day. These guys have really helped my business’s processes
and systems. Keep up the great work Tradiepad.
Just wanted to say an enormous thank you for the changes you have made to the system in regards to bulk draft and
approve of invoices. You took a key pain point from our business processes and built a solution that has a huge positive impact on our
business. Our WorkflowMAX implementation was never going to be easy, and you worked through it with us, and then
to deliver this on top is evidence of a true business partner.
TradiePad did suggest to me to make sure that whoever we picked to do the integration was experienced with builders, as
some integrators specialise in particular industries and not others. I wish I had listened! We ended up wasting valuable time (and money), and eventually called TradiePad to come in to fix the mess the others had left. Clinton came to us onsite and worked his magic and Workflowmax is now operating exactly as it should, and our business is
running smoothly and efficiently.
