Yes - you can set WorkflowMax to allow clients to log in and see the progress of their jobs. It's a great way to collaborate.
If you have a Xero account, you can import your entire contact database from Xero with a few clicks. Otherwise, simply prepare a spreadsheet with your client and contact data in the prescribed format and import in bulk.
Yes, you can store as many contacts as you like against a client.
WorkflowMax give you many ways to organise your clients better. Client types are used to specify payment terms or markup percentages. Simply give your client type a descriptive name like 'Gold', 'Platinum', 'Standard' or whatever you like, define the terms and assign the client type to the relevant clients.
