Great question! Yes - you can set WorkflowMax to allow clients to log in and see the progress of their jobs. Plus, this is a fantastic way to add value to your clients and stand out from the competition.
If you have a Xero account, you can import the entire contact database from Xero with a few clicks of the mouse button.   Otherwise, simply prepare a spreadsheet populated with your client and contact data in the prescribed format, and import in bulk.
Yes, you can store as many contacts as you like against a client!
WorkflowMax provides lots of ways to organise your clients better. Client types are used to specify payment terms or markup percentages. Simply give your client type a descriptive name like “Gold” “Platinum” or “Standard” (you can have as many types as needed!) define the terms and assign the client type to the relevant clients!
