You'll need to use or create a Xero login and activate your trial for the Max Timer plugin to work.
After you have started a trial, you'll need to populate WorkflowMax with client/job and task data and allocate staff. The information is then pushed through to the timer plugin and visible in Photoshop.
Check that the staff member who is connecting for the first time has the 'Authorise 3rd Party Full Access' privilege under 'API Access Privilege' in the 'Staff' settings in WorkflowMax.
Check that you have set yourself up correctly in WorkflowMax and allocated jobs and tasks to yourself or your team. If your WorkflowMax account isn't set up correctly then the data won't pull through into the plugin.
