Cloudify Solutions implements WorkflowMax for PB&A

PB&A is an Auckland based architectural firm with a portfolio spanning some of the city's best known buildings - including The Quadrant, Nixon Central, and the Hereford Residences.  

Cloudify Solutions chats to Michele Smyth, PB&A’s Financial and HR Manager to gather her thoughts on her experience with Cloudify Solutions, WorkflowMax, and Xero.

PB&A were first introduced to WorkflowMax on their accountant's recommendation, and started using the software with MYOB in October 2015, before making the switch to WorkflowMax and Xero in March 2016.

Michele concedes that while the changeover to WorkflowMax and Xero was somewhat complicated initially, it’s worked out very well. Thanks to Cloudify Solutions, today the practice's processes are quicker, and project information is much easier to get hands on. 

In her words, the best part of WorkflowMax is “being able to quote stages of projects, and being able to gauge how these projects are moving along - knowing the time and money you have left to spend”. She says that she would definitely recommend WorkflowMax - especially with Xero as the two work so well together.

Michele adds Toni’s guidance was fantastic. She explains that Toni’s capability to manage the PB&A staff’s varying personalities and learning styles, as well as the fact that she was basically on call to help with any issues, definitely made the implementation process a lot easier - and notes that Toni made the whole process interesting and fun. “I highly recommend Toni - even more so than the product!”
