As we all start to wind up for the year, we’d like to wish all our customers and partners a very happy holidays and hope you have fun, however you choose to spend your time off.

It’s been a jam-packed year at WorkflowMax with lots of changes happening around the business, we’re continuing our efforts to scale up to really deliver a stellar 2020 full of meaningful improvements to make your lives easier.

Watch out for

  • Report builder updates - these will include managing your reports, updating the sample reports and looking at ways to give you access to data you have not had before. 
  • Job Manager improvements - we’re currently validating changes to make the day to day management of your jobs easier.  These updates will let you surface what you need to focus on today, perform bulk actions and filter your jobs.
  • Freshening of the UI + product accessibility - as we focus on new customer facing improvements, we’re committed to Xero standards which include making sure that our product can be used and enjoyed by everyone. Replacing some older components and technology also allows us to make changes and releases faster in future.
  • API improvements - we’re moving our API behind the Xero Gateway and will be implementing Xero’s OAuth v2.0.  This means that our customers will be able to connect to third party apps and build their own integrations more easily in the future, removing the current need to request manual keys and also improving security.  If you’re a WFM API user or app partner we’ll be communicating these changes in more detail in Jan 2020.

Holiday office hours

From 24 December to 6 January we will have a small team looking after any requests that come through. If you have any questions you can log a case with our support team or visit our support centre.
