Welcome to Humans of WorkflowMax! Occasionally we like to feature one of our awesome team members. We’ll talk a bit about what they do, their passions, some fascinating facts, and what makes them tick.

We’d like to introduce you to Bethanie, Small Business Specialist based in United Kingdom . We had a chat to her about life in and out of WorkflowMax.

Tell us about your role

My main role is to onboard small businesses based in the United Kingdom (UK), Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) onto the WorkflowMax software. I am the first and main point of contact throughout the trial period to help you determine if WorkflowMax will be a good fit for your business, and to offer up advice on how to utilise the system for maximum results.

Why did you join WorkflowMax?

I joined WorkflowMax from Xero. At Xero, I had helped a small team double the customer base in the EMEA region and really enjoyed the sense of achievement and really feeling like we were changing the business world, one subscription at a time. WorkflowMax is a smaller team so I wanted to apply what I had learnt at Xero into the WorkflowMax world. Having experience with both softwares has really helped me have valuable conversations with business owners. 

What’s working at WorkflowMax like?

All of our WorkflowMax staff globally are really lovely and very intelligent. You can always learn something new no matter who you talk to.  Working with a great software that makes a tangible difference for business owners is really fulfilling. I love being able to speak with customers about a product I’m genuinely passionate about.

Tell us something #human about yourself 

You will always be able to find me at a food festival or a concert. 

Do you have any advice to share with the readers of this blog?

Our webinars and support centre articles are there to help you! We share lots of tips and tricks which can be game changers in operating your business more efficiently. Feeling overwhelmed learning and implementing something new? Start small! If you focus on one change at a time within a year you will be amazed at what WorkflowMax can do for you!
