Revera, a top tier infrastructure service provider in New Zealand experienced a major outage in their Auckland data centre this evening which resulted in a partial power loss to their facility. Initial reports suggest their battery power supply failed to activate before their backup generators were able to come on line. As a result all systems hosted within the facility were automatically shutdown. Unfortunately some WorkflowMax clients were impacted by this outage and as a result were unable to access WorkflowMax for approximately one hour.
We aplogies for any inconvenience this may have caused and will be seeking assurance from Revera that they will be putting the necessary steps in place to ensure this issue will not occur again in the future.
